FULL-SERVICE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS KEY
Tackling a project like The River District means proper timeline management. Our first step was to conduct a thorough site check to ensure we had an accurate understanding of the construction hoarding, mesh banners, and site signs in order to get the proper measurements, materials and artwork ready for production. Installation of these 3 steps occurred with the initial building phase.
SITE DETAILS AND PLANNING
Detailed sitemap planning and wayfinding booklets were created to ensure all building signage was accounted for. We worked on producing and organizing the approved booklet files, while waiting on building development to reach a point where installation made sense.

FULL-SPECTRUM SIGN PACKAGE
From Design to Installation.
The project showcases a wide variety of signage work including interior wayfinding, occupancy signs, halo-lit channel address signs, aluminum door unit numbers, halo-lit channel letters and double-sided pylon signs for commercial tenants. Nearing the end of this phase, the artwork and fabrication of the pylon sign were in full swing. Further site checks were made for channel letter placement.
